Chachi's Sunday's Sermon

Mark 3:20-35

In this passage, Jesus Christ is surrounded by crowds so intense that He and His disciples can’t even eat. People begin to question Him—some, including religious leaders, go so far as to accuse Him of being empowered by evil rather than God. But Jesus responds with calm clarity. He shows how illogical it is to think that evil would fight against itself. Instead, He reveals that His power comes from God and that He is actively overcoming darkness. Then He gives a serious warning: rejecting the work of the Holy Spirit—calling what is good “evil”—is a dangerous place for the heart to be. Simple takeaway: When life feels confusing and voices around you create doubt, trust what is truly from God. Don’t let uncertainty cause you to mislabel truth as false. Stay grounded, seek clarity, and trust that God’s work brings light—not division.
